Brokerage Firm and Investment Experience
The firm’s members collectively have over a century of combined experience in the securities industry and in securities law. Our attorneys each received a law degree from an accredited law schools, while our founder also earned an advanced law degree (LLM) in securities from Georgetown Law School in Washington, D.C.. Most of our attorneys also worked as licensed brokers at major brokerage firms, some serving as vice president of those firms and/or in compliance. Most of our staff has also worked for brokerage firms and many of them were also licensed brokers or supervisors.
